There has previously been two test screenings for The Batman movie starring Robert Pattinson already, these versions of the movie did not include Barry Keoghan.

Now, according to credible leaker account @ViewerAnon, there was a new test screening that has taken place at the Warner Bros lot. Keoghan has now been seen in this screening.

Earlier this month, an image surfaced online showing Barry Keoghan wearing The Batman film Crew merch, as result this sent fans into a craze about who Barry could be playing.

Currently this recent test screening cut for The Batman is said to be in the 2 hours 45 minute – 2 hours 50 minute range and it’s had a great reception so far.

In 2020, Fandom page on Twitter claimed to have confirmed Barry playing Stanley Merkel: Jim Gordon’s Partner at the GCPD.

Although, fans do think that Barry is actually now playing the Joker, after a recent post online surfaced by Barry’s brother: Eric Keoghan, on a drunken night out suddenly seemed to confirm the news.

Fans react to the alleged character casting for Barry Keoghan being the Joker or Stanley Merkel:

Not all Fans reacting to the speculation of Barry Keoghan as allegedly playing the Joker, would prefer this outcome. Film and TV reporter: Jeff Sneider would have preferred a “radically different take” on The Joker in terms of Gender, Race or age.

Who do you think Barry Keoghan will actually be playing?

The Batman currently releases in cinemas on 4 March 2022. Starring Robert Pattinson as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Zoë Kravitz as Selina Kyle/Catwoman, Jeffrey Wright as Jim Gordon and Paul Dano as The Riddler.
