Marvel’s Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, is set to be a very crazy movie. Directed by Sam Raimi.
The official teaser trailer and promotional material has revealed the characters, that are so far confirmed to be in the movie.
Confirmed besides Doctor Strange:
Sinister Strange variant
This may be a character very similar to the one that we got to see in the aninated series Whatif…? He seems to be reaching for something similar to how Doctor Strange pulled the time stone from Space in Infinity War.
Defender Strange variant
As revealed in a new image from Hasbro Marvel Legend’s series figures. Defender Strange will be in the movie.
Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch
Wanda’s losses has caused her to do many unspeakable acts. As the Scarlet Witch, she creates more chaos and is the villain of the movie.
America Chavez
America Chavez (Xochitl Gomez) as seen in the teaser trailer will be helping Doctor Strange travel the multiverse.
Christine Palmer variants
Christine Palmer (Rachel McAdams) and a variant that is allegedly to be the character Clea; also a sorceress and lover to Doctor Strange.
Wong The Sorcerer Supreme
Spoilers if you haven’t watched Spider-Man No Way Home yet. Wong has been promoted to a new title as Supreme, on a technicality that Doctor Strange was blipped for 5 years.
Master Mordo
Mordo is seen in conversation with Doctor Strange, and also engaging in a fight with him handcuffed in the teaser trailer.
Gargantos
As seen in recent Lego Box promo art on December 2; Gargantos is attacking the city, in a fight with Doctor Strange and America Chavez.
Rintrah
A new Marvel Legends figure image was released recently of Rintrah.
This character can also be spotted in the official teaser trailer for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. As seen in the second image, as Kamar-Taj is attacked from 1:34 very briefly.
Wanda’s Children Wiccan and Speed
Wanda’s willingness to find her kids throughout the multiverse, will see her go up against many Marvel characters. This is a grey area between confirmed and rumoured for this, as this will be more of a question, if the same child actors will return or if the studio will only cast adult actors to be Wiccan and Speed. Surely Wanda will find her kids?
