Sony delays 3 Marvel movie release dates

In an unexpected change; Sony Pictures delays the animated movie Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, for both parts. Also, The release date for Spider-Man spin-off movie Madame Web is set.

New release dates for Sony Pictures Marvel films:

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-verse
Sony Pictures/Marvel

‘Across The Spider-Verse Pt. 1’ — June 6, 2023. The previous release date was October 7, 2022. Starring Shameik Moore, Hailee Steinfeld, Jake Johnson, Oscar Isaac and Issa Rae.

Madame Web

‘Madame Web’ — July 7, 2023. This live-action movie stars Dakota Johnson as Cassandra Webb/Madame Web and Sydney Sweeney (character currently unknown). Edit: Madame Web has now been delayed to February 16, 2024.

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-verse part two

‘Across the Spider-Verse Pt. 2’ — March 29, 2024. The previous release date was going to be set for sometime during 2023.

Kraven the Hunter – currently has a release date set for January 13, 2023. Update: this movie has moved to October 6, 2023. Starring Aaron Taylor-Johnson.
