There has been a new clip released; to promote the sale of tickets for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
These news scenes show Wanda seeing her kids, a new appearance for Sinister Strange, an extra look at Doctor Strange being a prisoner of the Illuminati, in the cell.
The official runtime has also been recently revealed for Doctor Strange 2.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness tickets are now available. In the UK, the movie releases on May 5 and the US is on May 6.
