Warner Bros’ Blue Beetle is a 2023 action/adventure DC movie, that is set to star Xolo Maridueña (Cobra Kai) in the leading role as Mexican-American teenager Jamie Reyes.
Reyes gains superpowers, when he comes into contact with a technologically advanced Scarab. Susan Sarandon is also playing Victoria Kord, owner of Kord Industries.
George Lopez, who plays Jamie Reyes’ uncle in the movie has mentioned on The Byron Scott Podcast; that “I think Batman is in our movie“.

Now, this could be a brief cameo, likely in the form of an end credit scene, some form of reference to Batman in the news/ bedroom posters… just like what was seen in Black Adam; with the Justice League posters. If Batman does appear somewhere in this movie, he will likely be played by Ben Affleck.
Blue Beetle is slated to release on August 18, 2023.
