Lucasfilm has confirmed on their official Star Wars page that Ahsoka season 2 is in the works, and a feature-lengh film for The Mandalorian is going into production.
What happened at the end The Mandalorian season 3?
Din Djarin/Mandalorian and Grogu will be appearing on the big screen. At the end of season 3; Bo-Katan and the rest of the Mandalorians help fight off Moff Gideon and his troopers after he stages an ambush.
After the battle is over, Grogu is now an apprentice to Djarin and they will be setting out on adventures in the New Republic, for the film.
President of Lucasfilm, Kathleen Kennedy has commented on the upcoming movie:
“Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni have ushered into Star Wars two new and beloved characters, and this new story is a perfect fit for the big screen,”

Who is directing The Mandalorian movie?
Production will begin sometime in 2024 on The Mandalorian film, and this is being directed and produced by Jon Favreau, as well as produced by Kathleen Kennedy and Dave Filoni.
Ahsoka season 2 confirmed
Ahsoka season 2 has been officially confirmed to be in the works, and Dave Filoni is continuing to develop the series.
What happened at the end of Ahsoka season 1?
During the end of season 1, Ahsoka Tano (Rosario Dawson), Sabine Wren (Natash Liu Bordizzo), Huayang (David Tennant) were still on Peridea without a way to get back, after fighting Morgan Elsbeth (Diana Lee Inosanto) and Night Troopers.
Luckily, Anakin Skywalker (Hayden Christensen) is still watching over them and Ezra (Eman Esfandi) returned to the other side of the galaxy, to form a plan how to save Ahsoka and Sabine. As well as a way to warn Hera about one of the most dangerous threats returning: Thrawn (Lars Mikkelsen).
When is Ahsoka season 2 coming out?
Season 1 on Disney+ only finished on October 3, 2023. There’s not currently a date set yet for the next season.
