Netflix has announced a long-term partnership deal with TKO Group Holdings, Inc. (which owns WWE); in order to bring live sports entertainment to the platform.
WWE began in 1980, however Raw was created thirteen years later in 1993, which made wrestlers such as John Cena, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Triple H household names.
There has been 1600 episodes since it’s debut and these will be on Netflix, January 6, 2025. WWE’s Raw will be exclusively available on Netflix with all of these episodes releasing in the U.S., Canada, UK, Latin America and among other territories that will added over time.
Which other WWE shows are coming to Neflix?
Outside of the U.S, Netflix will also be the home to other weekly shows such as SmackDown and NXT. In addition to ‘Premium Live Events including WrestleMania, SummerSlam and Royal Rumble.’ There will also be WWE documentaries, original series and other projects releasing internationally in 2025.
