Cobra Kai’s Tanner Buchanan in New British Rom-Com Film Trailer

Prime Video has just released the first official trailer and synopsis for their upcoming British Rom-Com film titled How To Date Billy Walsh; directed by Alex Sanjiv Pillai.

Cobra Kai’s Tanner Buchanan stars as Billy Walsh in this High School romantic comedy alongside Heartstopper‘s Sebastian Croft as Archie and Bridgerton‘s Charithra Chandran as Amelia.

Official synopsis

Teenagers Amelia and Archie have been best friends since childhood. Archie has always been there to fight Amelia’s battles and laugh at her jokes all whilst keeping his lifelong love for her a secret. Just when he builds up the courage to declare his feelings, Amelia falls head over heels for Billy Wal, the new American transfer student. Heartbroken Archie goes to great lengths to try and keep Amelia and Billy away from each other but ends up pushing them closer together and risks losing his best friend in the process.

The How To Date Billy Walsh movie will be premiering this April 5, 2024, exclusively on Prime Video.
