Warner Bros. Pictures has released a new trailer for the sequel Joker: Folie À Deux – written and directed by Todd Phillips.

Joaquin Pheonix reprises his role as Arthur Fleck, and this time he is being enabled to continue on his path of crime throughout the film by Harley Quinn (Lady Gaga).

During the first film in 2019, which garnered $1.06 billion worldwide; music was a strong part of showing Arthur’s manic episodes and now the sequel has fully embraced this concept by turning it into a musical.

“Joker: Folie À Deux” finds Arthur Fleck institutionalized at Arkham awaiting trial for his crimes as Joker. While struggling with his dual identity, Arthur not only stumbles upon true love, but also finds the music that’s always been inside him.
