Multiple Batman movies are going to be re-releasing in UK and Ireland cinemas to celebrate 85 years of the character.
Studios have been bringing back plenty of past movies to re-release in cinemas to boost earnings, for example Denis Villeneuve’s Dune: Part One gained $30 million, after its successful re-release near the beginning of 2024.
Edgar Wright’s Shaun of the Dead movie is also coming back to US, UK, Ireland and France cinemas; to celebrate its 20th anniversary.
Eight live-action Spider-Man movies have been re-releasing in cinemas since the beginning of August and this finishes with screenings of Spider-Man: No Way Home at the end of September.

Here are the Batman movie re-release dates
There are eight Batman movies which will be screening at the end of August and throughout September, from cinema chains such as: Odeon, Vue, Cineworld and Picturehouse.
Batman: Mask of the Phantasm (1993) – Vue, Odeon & Picturehouse: August 30. Cineworld: September 4.
The Lego Batman Movie (2017) – Vue, Odeon & Picturehouse: August 30. This is not screening at Cineworld.
Batman Forever (1995) – Vue & Odeon: September 6. Cineworld: September 7. This is not screening at Picturehouse.
Batman & Robin (1997) – Cineworld: September 11. Vue, Odeon & Picturehouse: September 13
Batman Begins (2005) – Cineworld: September 17. This is not screening at Vue, however, Odeon and Picturehouse are screening the film on September 20.
The Dark Knight (2008) – Vue, Odeon & Picturehouse: September 20. Cineworld: September 21.
The Dark Knight Rises (2012) – Odeon & Picturehouse: September 20, however this is not screening at Vue. Cineworld: September 26.
The Batman (2022) – Vue & Odeon: September 27. Cineworld: September 30. However, this film is not screening at Picturehouse.
