Disney has now revealed at the D23 Brazil event, when the second season of the Star Wars spin-off series Andor will be releasing on Disney+.

Andor premiered in 2022, on Disney+; as a prequel spin-off series to Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (2016).

This sci-fi espionage series follows the life of Cassian Andor (Diego Luna); as he works behind the scenes to gain intel and attempt to destabilise the empire. Although, his fate is inevitably sealed at the end of the 2016 film.

Season 2 detail about the timeframe

In season 2; this story will take place over the course of four years, and every three episodes will be a year passing by in his life. This seems like it will be the final season of Andor, considering this speed up in time.

When is Andor season 2 coming out?

Andor season 2 will release on April 22, 2025, only on Disney+.
