Doctor Who is returning for a second season this April, and the episode titles have now been released as well as a brand new second trailer.
The Fifteenth Doctor; Ncuti Gatwa is joined by new companion Belinda Chandra (played by Varada Sethu) on time traveling adventures. Millie Gibson will also be reprising her companion role as Ruby Sunday, in addition to Anita Dobson, Ruth Madely, Susan Twist, Bonnie Langford and Jemma Redgrave also returning.
There are upcoming episodes which features an animated character voiced by Alan Cumming in 1950s America, a Eurovision style song contest, Robots taking over, a Ruby Sunday love-interest storyline and more.
When is season 2 releasing?
A second season of Doctor Who premieres this April 12, 2025; in the UK ,this will air on BBC One in the evening, however, the episodes are also now dropping in Saturday mornings at 8am on BBC iPlayer. Be careful to avoid spoilers online as this would around a 10-hour gap where people are likely to post spoilers online before the official airtime on TV. Outside of the UK, this series will release on Disney+.

Just like the first season; there are a total of eight episodes in this second season, and then this should be followed by the 2025 Christmas special (Not confirmed as of yet).
