Street Fighter is a classic CAPCOM arcade game, with the first game launching in 1987, and there has also previously been a 90s action movie starring Jean-Claude Van Damme, based on the game franchise.

This upcoming movie directed by Kitao Sakurai; aims to ‘honor the quarter-pumping, button-mashing spirit of the 90s classic while leveling up for a new generation of fans.’
