The Disney Zombies vinyl record album soundtrack from the At The Movies shop is a very beautiful record. For starters, it has these different shades of green that fit in with the film’s green for Zombies. I also liked how the logo and name of the film are in the middle of the record as pink is Addison’s favourite colour and also because Shrimpy is pink. When opening the record up it’s done like a book with lots of individual pictures of the characters and separate screenshots from the films all in a layout like a book. Where the record case was it had a small poster-like thing with some of the characters
The music in Zombies is amazing and all the cast have beautiful voices, all of the songs are fun and upbeat. Fans will be pleased to know it also includes songs from Zombies 4; which is the latest film. I think Zombies has some great songs and lots of them are lively and upbeat, fun and easy to dance to. Another great unique thing about this vinyl record is that it has the credits to each song on the back of the record. It’s very rare to get this or numerous pictures inside vinyls. Meg Donnelly and Milo Manheim have beautiful voices and hearing them on a record gives the songs a slightly unique experience and sound. Freya Skye and Makachi Barton’s duet song is also included in the record so it’s perfect for original fans and new fans of the horror, musical, romance, comedy, supernatural, sci-fi franchise!
However, I do wish the album was longer, or that they had cut some songs from the first side and replaced them with others; as I only really enjoy one song from that side and the rest aren’t my favourites. Whereas side two has more great songs overall. I was also surprised they didn’t include “My Year,” as that’s one of the main songs, yet they included “Fired Up,” and “Bamn”, which isn’t really a main track. This was quite unfortunate. I also wish they had included a picture of Shrimpy, as he’s one of the most important characters!
Overall, Disney Zombies are fantastic films with a beautiful record vinyl that is perfect for any fan or just if you want some fun upbeat music. The pictures are very high quality and to see a record design for its packaging with so much detail.
