Mikhail Villarreal has posted five official artworks from an official merch site; one being the poster and four promo art pieces.
If you want to see a clear look of the suit, here’s an article showing The Flash and Supergirl suits at an event.

This first promo shows Barry Allen’s multiversal doppleganger wearing an old Michael Keaton Batman suit, that’s been altered into a red Flash suit. The pointy Bat ears have been cut off at the top and the Bat symbol is still there, as also seen live action, in an old instagram post by director Andy Muschietti.

The text on this reads ‘Multiverse, Chronobowl, Multiverse’. Not really sure what that is suppose to mean, however breaking down the words Chrono; meaning time and bowl being a deep circular basin.. that’s likely something Barry will use to enter the multiverse.
Here are the last two promo images:

The line at the bottom reads ‘Saving the future and the past’.
What has Barry messed up this time? In the first look teaser that released in October 2021, Barry messed up the past by altering his mother’s death, usually caused by the Reverse Flash/Professor Zoom. This will lead to serious complications in the timeline and will involve Barry Allen seeking help from heroes such as more than one Flash, multiple Batmen, Supergirl and other currently unannounced characters.
The Flash movie is currently set to release in cinemas on June 23, 2023. Update: the release date changed to June 16, 2023.
