Spider-Man: No Way Home has potentially set up a character called Mister Negative, that could be in a future Spider-Man sequel.
In the movie, there are scenes at the F.E.A.S.T centre where Aunt May works at.

This centre was also shown in the Marvel’s Spider-Man PS4 game, where Aunt May volunteers, as well as Martin Li; who has a more sinister side to him, as supervillain ‘Mister Negative’.
Now, as rumours of a future MCU Tom Holland sequel are spreading online. Actor, Stephen Oyoung has reacted to this on twitter, asking if Sony would consider casting him as a live-action Mister Negative.
“Yes, I am seeing more and more rumors about Spider-Man 4 online. All I have to say is, Sony it’s ok if you lost my phone number. DM me”

The game developer ‘Insomniac’ used Stephen Oyoung’s likeness, voice and motion capture performance to portray Mister Negative in the PS4 game.
How could this character fit into the MCU plot?
If Sony chooses to use this villain in a future Spider-Man movie; Peter Parker could also be volunteering there to honour the memory of Aunt May, where he meets Martin Li. Mister Negative could be attempting to take control of New York’s criminal underworld just like in the ‘The Amazing Spider-Man #1‘ comics.
Could there be a future for this character in MCU Spider-Man’s sequels? Who would you like the next villain to be? Let us know on our Twitter page @chatterboxfilm
