There’s only 2 months left until the release of 60th anniversary special episodes; that features the return of David Tennant and Catherine Tate, in November. There’s been a new behind the scenes photo released, as well four production photos.
On the official X page for Doctor Who; the BBC has started to tease that an update is coming for sci-fi time travel show: ‘Welcome to WhoSpy! I’ll be your very own spy on set during filming of Doctor Who, keep your eyes peeled for more updates’.
There has also been a brand new set photo posted of David Tennant, on set as The Doctor.
In this image, the clapperboard reads that the director for this episode is Rachel Talalay, the Director of Photography is Matt Gray, and the filming was happening on 11 May, 2022.
What could the Doctor Who updates be?
It could be the announcement of possible new spin-offs in The Whoniverse, casting announcements, clips or more than likely finally a specific date for the 60th anniversay schedule.

Update: New productions photos released
There’s been four new official production photos released of The Doctor leaning out of the TARDIS, with bright orange smoke.

As well as Neil Patrick Harris standing in the street, as a mysterious villain character.
