Filming is currently underway in Atlanta for the DC Universe film titled Man of Tomorrow. There is a first look at Lex Luthor’s Warsuit, cast details, and release date in this article.
Lex Luthor (Nicholas Hoult) is out of prison, and Superman (David Corenswet) will be teaming up with him, in this sequel to take on a dangerous global threat. In order to do this, Lex also needs an upgrade and James Gunn has shared the first look at Lex Luthor’s Warsuit in Man of Tomorrow.
The Warsuit features a green and purple exo-skeleton with an A.R.G.U.S. symbol on the chest piece, and this has been developed in collaboration with this A.R.G.U.S. federal government agency.
Who is the villain in Man of Tomorrow?
The global threat in Man of Tomorrow is the supervillain antagonist known as Braniac (Lars Eidinger). The character is a construct with high intelligence and seeks to consume as much information as possible, including taking planets; treating them as fascinating collectibles on display.
David Corenswet can also be seen on set fighting Lex Luthor, as well as in another scene harnessed up in the Superman suit. There are slight new tweaks to the suit, and the film will be set two years after the events of Superman (2025).
